the first year out of college is jammed pack with the adventures and heartbreaks that memoirs are made of.literally.
our own captain jes has been pounding away at the keys of her ibook, putting together her memoir, "the freshman year of life", for the memorists collective contest.
the collective has been gathering entries at their myspace page, but has just started the readers' choice vote. the contest's grand prize winner gets their manuscript read by three editors.
be a dear friend of fun and check out her entry. the best way to find her piece for voting is to hit "cntrl + f" and type in freshman. there, i've all but hit submit for you!
