I wish you could've been here for everything that took place, but alas, sometimes we have to sail on our own. In the months since our last loyal post, Nicole has started PHASE 1 of her dreams coming true and I have experienced a violent illness that was the result of signing my name on my very first mortgage. But all that aside, we were still living in the SPIRIT (wow, does that sound religious or what) and taking names.

I give you Exhibit A. The Ostrich Chair:

Since I last saw you, I built the prototype for this chair on my trusty Singer Sewing Machine. Now you can sun your buns AND finish Harry Potter before everyone else wrecks the ending. I'm currently working on textiles for this chair. You know I'll keep you posted.

Exhibit B. Night In Venice. Ocean City, NJ:

I personally can't resist a decorated boat. I just can't. Add to that the frozen drink machine that Julie's mom has at the NIV party each year and I'm jazzed...jazzed I tell you.

Exhibit C. Eden is getting hitched:

I can't talk about it because weddings always make me cry. Nobody can even wait. Best. Couple. Ever.

Exhibit D. Movies. Outside.

We were pretty stoked to learn that Collingswood, NJ features a movie in the park on Tuesday and Thursdays all summer long. We were even more stoked to learn that my favorite movie of all time is playing on August 2. "What movie could that be?" asked the SOF reader. "I'll never say," said Jes.
