one of the best parts of being an assistant (again) is having time to read all the web comics i can handle! here's a primer of what's out there:
xkcd
excellent use of the 90s, playpen balls, difficulty seating large groups of friends and the DBery of the average male. oh yeah and did i mention LIBRARIAN HUMOR.
questionablecontent
come for the mention of the wrens, stay for discussion of pie, the flaming lips, exchanges you're sure were replicated word for word from your own circle of friends, robot stereotypes, the importance of cookies and...did i mention...LIBRARIAN HUMOR!
married to the sea
when i'm having a particularly bad day, this is my go to comic for a snort. they're better read without as surprises so click here, here, here, here, here and here. oh, and uh, LIBRARIAN AND GRAD SCHOOL HUMOR!
toothpaste for dinner
if you haven't read this comic before, you shouldn't be allowed on the internet. seriously. the focus is mainly cubicle culture, but there's also wise insights on journalists, solitaire and LIBRARIANS!
the perry bible fellowship
incredibly disturbing... and AWESOME! space wars, rock paper scissors annnnnd BOOK HUMOR!
a softer world
also filed under creepy, but in a winsome sort of way. some entries read like self-help books while others focus on the darker side of animals, bowling and reasons to READ!
...clearly this post got away from me.
