ode to orla kiely

i bought a bag from your sample sale
to not have would have made me pale
i had wanted one for a long time
and decided to make it mine
i spent a lot of money
which wasn't very funny
at the time it seemed right
but now it fills me with fright

of course the bag turned out to be too small for me
i like to take a book everywhere you see
so now i have to decide what to do
which will probably involve selling an old bag or two

but if this is my biggest concern today that's not so bad
i just wish i wasn't always suffering from bag fad
